I have a used but IN GREAT condition powered 4 sound 15" SnailShell.... One of the originals built by a good friend of mine John Nolte. This box was post angled corners and rounded edges so it is a awesome box! Features two sets of terminals that are in perfect condition. and a black gloss painted port. The box will be redone with new carpet and paint. Box was not used for to long... just been sitting around collecting dust for the past year now.....
Though these boxes were a lil pricey for there time.... the craftsmanship that went into the box is the best I have seen so far from anyone. (I have about 10 boxes that have been made by different people...)
It features Johns signature on the inside!!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
I originally paid 450 shipped for the box.. (i know i know) But when i put my RE XXX 15" in there it made all that money seem worth it! I did a 147 with this box and a single RE XXX 15" And 2200 rms. Thats pretty good for a SQL built box like this.
Originally made for a RE XXX 15" but can be used for many other SQL 15's. It is a folded horn design with a few little tricks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
As you can see.... they dont make the 15" SnailShell anymore... and I dont even think John Nolte is building boxes anymore....
