Feeler: HP ZV5330 Laptop

I am thinking about selling my laptop. Here are the specs: HP ZV5330 Pentium 4, 3.06 GHz, 640MB Ram, 40 GB HD, CD/DVD Burner (CD-R/RW) (DVD+R/RW), big screen I think it's 17", Windows XP Home. Let me know what ya think it's worth. Lookin for around $750/OBO or trades. Lookin for a single din touchscreen (I'd add cash), and/or possibly a 4ch amp, mostly the touchscreen though. Thanks!

Computer is practically new, minor wear and tear, like a few small scratches on the outside on top, you can see the biggest one in the pic provided. Here are the specs that I know of, if you need other specific specs, let me know, I will post them:
