Thinking about selling this source unit.* It is definatly one of the top 3 BEST head units that I've heard.* I have owned a Denon Z1, Nakamichi CD400, all flagship Alpines, pretty much every pre-04 flagship Eclipse, both of the flagship Clarions, and all the Premier Pioneer (crap).*

This unit has FOUR, count them.* FOUR 24 bit DACs, and they are offset to give such a full bodied musical experience by flipping the sound waves and cancelling out any irregularities.* This unit is BAD-Fing-***.* Will play CDs, MP3 CDs, WMA CDs, plug in an iPod (either with RCA cables or the iPod adapter that allows you to control the iPod through the headunit and charges at the same time), Sirius Radio, HD Radio, Phatnoise Phatbox (Music Keg), etc, etc, etc....

FIVE volt preouts, amp control, etc are other awesome features.

This is in PRESTINE condition, all accessories included along with 2 more years of warranty.* I will even include the VW harness, so all you have to do is pull your radio out and plug this one in, total plug n' play...if you have a 1999.5 or newer VW Jetta/Golf/New Beetle.

yes, it's 10x the unit that the 9835 is, I've owned every flagship unit out there, and this was hands down the best under 1000 bucks. only ones that I felt were better were Denon Z1, Clarion DRZ, Nak CD400

Best fricking head unit....to bad its not bandpass for the rear channel, or the fact kenwood makes crap for sound processors. Why I had to switch to the cda-9835 and the xxv hands down kicks the crap out of it, but the PXA-H701 more then makes up for it.
