if u read up in the general discussion area you'll find the thread i was talking about with my sub, THOUGHT it was dual 2 ohm but i did a read on the coils and the DC resistance is 2.9ohms which puts the nominal ohms at 4 ohms a piece......so re sent me a back a dual 4 and not a dual 2.....o well no biggie....thing is im getting a new car soon and i'm thinking about going down to a 12 that will fit in my vx gold better and hit the mid bass for rock a little better....to be honest with you this thing is almost waaaayyy to much low end bass for me, i think a 12 will be just right...

so i have pics on my phone but my phone is smoking the crack rock and wont let me email the pics to myself...so it might let me send the pics to other phone numbers so for pics PM me ur phone number and i can try and send them, hopefully that works....

sub is in the exact same condition as when i got it back from being reconed...absolutly perfect...i babied this thing from the begining and sounds as sweet as the day i got it, and since it's been broken in it handles the power wonderfully which has been roughly 1400-1500w off my mtx 1501d..... hit 140.1dB on the new term lab with this and that was with a box tuned to 34Hz...tune high and u can probly get higher numbers..though at that tuneing it still has remarkable SQ for a huge ported box.....

soo since im not exactly pressing to sell this anytime soon my offer is $450 shipped (seeing as how between buying it used and haveing it reconed twice i've paid over 600 into this sub and it is MINT!!!)

a trade for a xxx12 in the same condition or a 12 along the same high end driver level that the xxx is....shoot me offers for trades...

mint means absolutly no scratches on the cone OR surround, basket is brand new from the last recone ( //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ) and there are a couple minor scratches on the magnet but thats it... this thing is a BEAUTY.....

as for the haveing it reconed twice...bought it used with the old basket....had it reconed...then 2 months later i blew the dustcap off and had it reconed once again with the new basket put on it...and since i got it back i have been VERY VERY VERY care with this one makeing sure to keep it in great conition and being very conservative with the gains.....

but seeing as how we got the 4 cubs @28Hz to fit in my VW golf, and it sounding sooooo awsome i have no problem keping it now. and since they are out of production right now i figured if someone reallllllly wanted mine they'd pay for it
