Ok. I am actually in the middle of a dispute with an online merchant/chase visa over my Eclipse CD5100. Original price paid: $400 brand new with warranty.
The merchant decided to be a major ******* and not honor the warranty on a second defective unit. The unit will not eject the cd and/or read any cd's.
I talked to Eclipse and they said they have a third-party repair shop that could fix my issue for around $50-75 fee.
I am posting this to get an idea if anyone would want to buy this unit off of me.
It's less than 3 months old, no blemishes, only thing is that the cd will not eject, even after trying reset/cable disconnect. Like i said eclipse can fix this issue by a 3rd party repair shop for $50-75. I already have a new head unit installed, so i have no use for this.
If by some chance my dispute goes haywire with this company, i want to sell this unit.
I'm thinking if i can't get my money back ($400), i'd be willing to let this go for $250. Anyone interested?
