The first spec I looked at was xmax... and that's all I needed to see to realize those specs can't be trusted. Or are we really to believe it has 60mm xmax? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif
Why are you unwilling to tell us what you paid for the thing?

Absolutely beautiful sub.

But I don't think I can believe the xmax it suggests..

I mean look at the surround on it, if it had that xmax It'd rip the cone from the surround.

Oh and I don't think I've seen a sub with that much xmax anyway //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

he coulda did it as peak to peak xmax, but xmax is supposed to be a 1way measure...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
Yes, that would be *slightly* better than them simply pulling a random number out of their ***... but that still leaves all the specs suspect doesn't it?

I dont understand why companies do this. You'd think they'd realize that if a potential customer was smart enough to look at xmax, for example, that they would also be smart enough to realize they are looking at a *grossly* exagerrated xmax spec. What ever happened to truth in advertising and standing behind your products?
