Are you sure you paid man. If you can't be 100% sure than you probably did not pay. Do you have the reciept or the withdrawl slip. The amount would show up and the date on your account monthly statment.

If he just used a plain 'ol credit card, then it wasnt PayPal... Can you even pay them with PayPal?

Call the credit card company, or bank if it was a debit card... Check your statement and make sure they took the money out though, or call and find out if you dont have a statement on hand.

And also, did you call during business hours?

Paypal has the option to pay with a CC through them.

i definitely paid its on record with my bank that i paid and im POSITIVE i paid

im almost positive i didnt use paypal i just paid with a card and i officially hate fatmat.com

I dont understand how you can 'almost' be sure you didnt use PayPal.. Do you have a PayPal account? Do you know what PayPal is...?

It is not a bogus web site, and I know many people that have had good experiences with them including myself. Call in the middle of the day, find out whats going on.

Or just call the bank, explain what happened and get your money back, and order a different product.

Its really quite simple.

you're right it is quite simple and i dont understand the big deal about being almost positive......its means if my memory is correct i didnt use pay pal but im human and my memory sucks sometimes......geeze

I was looking on eBay, and they had some FatMat for sale. It said "Shop going out of business... clearing inventory".

Just thought I'd let ya know, maybe that's why they're taking so long.
