I was suggested by someone at a shop to make a false floor or a false wall since I got my entire system stolen a few days ago. I've honestly never seen this before, I think it would be cool to see what some of you got.

umm i'm using my false floor to raise my box and to get rid of having to use blocks under my box since i am in an extended cab truck with that hump in the back that i have to set my box on.. that is why i built the false. i don't see how that would help to keep your system from getting stolen... unless they ment like putting your amp under it

Most people don't save reciepts for their shit or buy it used (Like I did) There isn't a single piece of my setup that isn't used except for the wire.

I have also seen subs mounted on the backside of the wood with full carpet over the front of the box/wall. -Looks like a flat carpeted, solid structure until the subs start moving air.

It's the last false floor I did. *shrug* (mid 90's)

My most recent "stealth" amp rack was about a month ago...

The stock panel covers the hole and, of course, looks stock.

This approach can probably be used on a lot of different cars.
