False floor designed, couple questions tho...

I have designed my false floor, more or less. The design may change slightly but it's pretty much as seen in the pictures. I am going to do it in two pieces the bottom and sides as one piece and the top as a separate piece. It will be 31" x 41" with two sides closed off for support and the other two open to let air move through to vent the amps. There will also be a support in the center with a opening to allow wires through. On the left hand side toward my rear hatch will be a 12 x 7 cutout for my battery.

My main question is, how would I attach the top. I don't want to screw it down because I want to be able to easily get into the amps and make adjustments.

Also, is there enough support or should I add a little to the open sides?

Any other suggestions?

Excuse the pics, I am not great with sketch-up but it works.
