Never once have I had my CA license scanned or put under a black light.

Then you don't go to busy enough bars or buy enough alcohol at 7-11.

I've noticed that 7-11 only scans it half the time, other times they look at it.

Go to any bar in Pacific Beach, CA 92109 and you will learn the blacklight thing.

Or just hold your CA id under a blacklight and check out the bears.
