for pioneer, if someone is offering, let's say a 6700 faceplate and they say it can also fit on a 6600, a 670 premier or a 7500 unit, well how do they know that??

wanted to know cause someone is selling a 760 premier on ebay (just the unit) and i have a 750 premier faceplate.
