f250 behind backseat box?

I have a 02 ford f250 crew cab and I wanted to put a box behind the rear seat. I have 16" high, 8" deep (bottom), 5"deep (top),

56" wide. I am going to have 2 jl audio 10w6s with a jl audio 500/1. any suggestions?
