N/M... keeping it for a pair of 18"s
Thinking I might want something else. this is in 10/10 mechanical and probably 7/10 cosmetical condition. Clamped 4589 @ 1ohm (well, the sub was wired to 1ohm) on 13.8V~ at the comp I just did on the 5th.
Looking for something more efficient in the 12-14 volt range, the 6500D puts out some good power but this thing is MEAN as hell on 16v+ when I had my D1000's and the 250A ext. reg'd alt about 2 years ago I know the 6500D I had then clamped well over 6K @ 1ohm on 16.2V~ (think it was something like 64XX)
For the record: my 4/0 fits right into the amp power/ground, 8awg fits the remote and 4awg+ fits into the speaker terminals
thinking may be cactus, sundown, RD, Zenon, etc... let me know... 3K+ rms @ 1ohm is my main thing...
if you have something bigger I can include some other stuff too such as:
2) brand new in box MTX 8500 10"s
15" subwoofer (Mach5 SPL-15 motor, tripple stacked spdiers, dual sewn leads, 3" 7-layer flatwound copper coil etc... TeamPSI recone)
Tsunami DB1100D (rated a 12.5V 1100 @ 1ohm, 650 @ 2ohm, 330 @ 4ohm)
ford 220A H.O. alternator (5.0 and 3.8)
