I think I have the plug. Do not have the volume control but will try to figure out what pot and wiring will work for you. This was used in an audio demo board, which is why the plugs and volume control are missing, they were left attached to the board.

the deadener and foam are sold ($130 took both).

FYI - you can buy that trunk pack for $85 on Amazon and the foam for $45 (with $50 of shipping).
