i bought this amp a while ago (it would not power on) and it was setting in my room doing nothing. so i decided what the hell! i would mod the amp with 32 extra capacitors and rebuilt the whole power supply with higher voltage/amperage transistors, and put in a new ic chip (power supply pwm controller)

i have tested the amp out in my room on my 12's for a couple hours with no problems......i would say the amp puts out a good 600 watts rms x 1 @ 4ohm bridged and 300 x 2 rms @ 2ohms

now its ugly , but if you need a budget amp , this is it!

it has 4 more spots on the board to add some more power supply transistors....i may keep going and add them to.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif..but i will have to add a few more caps to the output side to filter any noise the extra transistors make..

well its not a class d amp , so it wont be as efficient , but it should still put out some good power. at least 600 watts...

the parts i put in it are better than the originals , so i would say its going to last alot longer and not have problems ...
