I bought this in August of last year for my RAZR, used it for maybe 10 days, thought it sucked because i got tons of static in it and limited range, bought a new headset and the same thing, turns out it was my RAZR that had horrible bluetooth connectivity...
unit was just tested with my Q and works like a charm...comes with original paperwork, connectivity guide and charger. and even though there was no ear juices on it, i have cleaned it and made sure it was ready for the next user...
