these are really solid amps. Had a 402 myself but only ran it briefly to test as i couldn't find a matching 1000D for the right price. very clean amps

Thanks man, its a great amp. I have never had a problem with it, never gets warm. Also its rated @ 12volts, so you should see more then rated power.

I never ran it bridged @ 2 ohms but its a solid amp and i have heared of several people running them @ 2 daily and they dont get warm. I dont think you would ever have a problem
