Just trying to figure out what the difference is between the HDS version and the SLS version of the Peerless 6.5 woofers.

Pnn23- I believe the SLS is the subwoofer which is good until about 400hz. This is a midrange woofer, which can far exceed 400hz. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm incorrect.

I bought them for my home system but never ended up using them. Supposed to be really clear and have great sq.

These are great mids. People are probably scared of the 8 ohm VC and are overlooking the 88dB sensitivity. Also, they should take 150wrms.

These would excel in a 2 way front, but will also work as dedicated midbass.
