same tools you use to cut wood, you just either want to move the blade slowly with a jig saw so it doesn't melt the material, and with a circular saw you need a low tooth count with almost no angle on the teeth, possibly 0 degree if you have one. Other than that, it cuts well

Yeah you could do it a few ways... like cutout the backside and route it

And cutting it no idea... this was planned to fit perfectly into a sub box that i got screwed by ami_creations on.
