Too long to explain but basically they didn't call me to get rebuild information from me..

What they did was recone the 12xxx instead of calling me first to see if thats what I wanted!!! Like Matt281 had marked to do..

I wanted it rebasketed to a 15xxx, but now I have to pay for the first fuking 12 recone and now a new 12-15 conversion recone...

When it could have been just one recone and rebasket build instead of 2..

Out 70+ bucks..

Course they blame Matt281 and he said it was their fault for not calling me with the information he provided..

i never marked for them to do anything..they asked what you wanted, i told em i had no idea..because, you never told me..Mark specifically said, "we'll call when it arrives"...3 days after it arrives, you call and they tell you its done...

what can i say?..i didnt tell them what you wanted and they built a standard xxx 12..am i in the wrong because i didnt know, or them because they just built it..??

expy you should have called them yourself and gotten the RMA number for it and ordered what you wanted. Give RMA number to matt, matt ships it in.. done and done

this could have been avoided like that..or, i could have just given you the ****ed tracking #..but, like i told you in pm's...they told me, "we'll call when it arrives"..so, neither of us thought twice about the tracking #..i check it after you tell me, you still havent recieved a call..and the damed package has been there for 3 days..

anyways, u guys suppose to get the RMA# from them and write it all over the package. that RMA # determines what needs to be done. also, you write or type a little paper inside the box, on what u want done and all that stuff. then wen they recieve it, you call them to ask em on if they recieved the sub.

I packed the sub and the very last thing i put in the box was a piece of paper with expy's contact info, so the first thing you would see is his info..i wrote the RA# they gave me 2x on every side of the box...not only that, but i had given them all the info over the phone..all the info, except what he wanted the sub rebuilt to..which i had told them, i didnt know.
