F-22 Raptor at my Air Show...new too me

Welp....i may be a lil late, but dangggg this thing is CRAZYYY.

I work about 500ft or so from the air strip:

Where it says Intracoastal Waterway...im right on the other side of that our dock is on it, so they fly rightttt over us during the show.

This is that first show in a bit for us....and this F22 was crazyyyy, i mean i dont really pay attention to military planes at other shows, just wait for Blue Angels or big attraction for that date...but this thing was nuts.

It was doing things i never seen a plane do, like stuff in that movie Stealth....crazy no momentum flips and free falls.

Just thought id share my astonishment with yall....even if its a couple years old...its new too me SUCKAS

I live in a base town and our airshow was today.

Thunderbirds were there and I saw it from my shop. Was a good show.

Our president has decided that the F-22 is not needed.

its not, the thing is fairly pointless. There is no reason to have a jet that maneuvers like that. Dogfighting doesn't exist anymore and the thing has barely any strike capabilities. The F35 has the best of both worlds, maneuverability and it is very capable for strike missions as well as a million other missions. The f22 is a plane that really serves no purpose

i saw them last sept, doing hight speed passes, they had no warning was 2 of them, one was messing around drawing attention ad BOOM loud as shit one scares everyone with the silent then boom pass..

was cool stuff

really sick *** evolution of airplanes over the last 80 years.. amazing shit..

Yeh....they was here one year...they had a F-16 demo this year too....that thing is just ridiculous as well, like a huge rocket with wings.

I was watchin some other vids on youtube...man, i wanna see one break the sound barrier with the cloud thing around it....thats gotta be nuts to witness

I had a f-22 circle my warehouse multiple times last year he was here for the air show and I work right next to the airport. He was only flying about 100ft. He was close enough I could see him in the cockpit. I waved at him and he tipped his wing to me.

ahhhh....during the days before practice one of the Blue Angels did that when he was flying over our shop when i waved.....i thought he was acknowledging me.

we will be hosting a Air show here at Pax River Memorial day weekend. I will be in charge of making sure the Blue Angels have all the parts they need out of our warehouse. I see all kinds of new aircraft because this is the test base for the Navy. You want to see something cool go on a Tiger cruise on navy aircraft carrier and watch a F-18 catapult of the deck from up close. I have seen it a thousand times and still get goose bumps. If you knwo somebody in the navy or related to someone ask them if the ship they are on is going to have tiger cuises and see about going I recommend it.
