extremely sad

Today while driving back home after picking up my lil sis and god child from school, we got into an accident. I was driving back home i'dd say at 20-25 mph when i went around around vehicle that was stopped on the side. When i went to steer back into the lane i guess my rear tires caught some of that mushiness snow and slid a lil to the right. I turned the steering the other way to recover and i guess i made it worse the next thing i knew the car started drift the front end was in my lane and the rear was in the oncoming lane and then BOOM! hit the oncoming car. I was extremely PO'd and sad when i saw the damage to my baby! From what it shows do you guys think this is fixable by the insurance?

Depends on your deductable... I would be liberal and say 750-1000$ or so in damage. Thats assuming that the damage is only cosmetic and does not effect the powertrain.

i think the power train might be effected the doesn't look like from the pic but the tire is pushed in from the top and stick out more on the bottom.

thatll be more then 1000 worth of work, so the suspension, is effed if the tire is as you say it is, the body work alone will be 1000 or more, plus labor plus maybe needing new rear end, how much is the car worth?

what kind of car is that? Looks like an olds alero or something... I mean if you trashed the rim that's like $150 or more plus a new tire plus labor to mount and balance, you'll definitely need to get your camber re-aligned on both sides in the back, and probably need some new parts for that system. Maybe even control arms for the side that got hit.
