Exporting a JPEG from a PDF File?

I'm making one of these and I want to change the colors on it. I have this in pdf form

Any idea how to export it into a jpeg other than doing a screen shot?

Its actually for a contest for a fit forum, post an interesting picture of your mini - fit and I want to change the color of mine to match my actual car

cut and paste from the .pdf file to paint. Save as a jpeg.

What is wrong with a screen shot to Paint, remove everything but the Jpeg you want, and then save as Jpeg?

screen shot is going to change the size and maybe even change the proportions, i want it to be the exact same as seen in the picture, also the picture is larger than my screen

Adobe Acrobat Pro has export option to several file types.

ah, i figured it would, my reader sucks at life, and my free foxit reader wouldnt do it
