ok, my friend has a single sony explode sub, not sure what size, i think it's a 10 or a 12, running off of an alpine amp, not sure what model, i'll check soon. anyways, funny story, he bought it all at circuit city. he also bought the q logic box at circuit city. anyways, my question begins, when he turns it up, and it doesn't even have to be that loud at all, it starts to make a strange buzzing noise i've never heard before in any sub. is it the box? the crap sub? my first thought was the sub, but i don't know why sony would sell a sub that buzzes at ALL listening levels. my second thought was that maybe when the circuit city guys put it in for him, maybe a piece of paper or something got in the box and rattles around, making the buzzing sound. any idea's? think if i make a sealed box for him(of course not for free) that i'll sound better than the q-logic? thanks in advance
