I actually believe this we were discussing this in my class the other night. How IP address are limited to the protocols that they stand for. In English meaning that the internet is and will slow down meaning that the cable or fiber optic high speed you get will become slower and slower. There are only 8 main servers around the world and they were not made to handle the loads they are coming into contact. And are near impossible to upgrade because by upgrading even one server will put a tremendous load on the other servers.
