ok heres the deal. i have a hifonics brutus 2000 watt amp. i would love to run two subs under the seats however with a few choices that is not an option. Long story short i want what will hit the hardest but still retain a decent amount of sq. i made plans for a dual 10" box holding 2 l7's with .88 cubic feet per chamber. the 10 however require only .66 so even after the subs area is taken out they should be ok right? option number two instills getting a seat raisekit and putting a box holding dual 12in l7's with .95cf per chamber.

finally was buying a prefabed l7 12" in the kicker box and just setting it in there. however thats like advertising i have expensive gear.

i would love any input. im not set on the l7's however a few buddies have them and they hit preety good and they have always looked cool. (imho)

didnt read your whole post, but if your looking for SQ, avoid kicker, they are definately more of an SPL woofer

im not all about sq though. having a sub or subs that absolutely pound is the main goal. i just thought itd be nice if i could retain sq

your gonna tell me that a kicker L7 is more of an SQ sub rather than an SPL sub??
