Experience with the RF "25 to Life" amps

Well sir, I installed a 75 about a month ago for a friend. Compared to the original 75 ( I still have one //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif ) it's larger and a little heavier. Power wise my old one benched more power. We farted around with it pushing different loads compared to the original. The new one doesn't seem to get as hot as the original. I think they are rated at 120w at 4ohm mono. We benched it at 187w 4ohm mono, 262w at 2ohm mono. He is running it on a single punch hx2 at 2ohm. We haven't checked in box impedence so he could be getting some rise. But the amp is fine. Hasn't had a problem with it at all at 2ohm mono. He wouldn't let me try to drop it to 1ohm //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif My original will handle it, but he's a woose //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

RF birth sheets have the punch 75 rated at almost 700wx1 @4ohm bridged?

the birthsheets show max power at 14.4v don't they ? I only have a 12volt power supply. But we were using the rms meter too. I need to get a better power supply //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
