Experience with Audiobahn

I know year or so ago a budget amp was the A8000T or something by audiobahn that claimed 800rms at 2 ohms. I was wondering what those actually did real power. and how would there newer line similar amps compare

If im correct the older ones had issues with overheating. I'm just wondering what kind of power that one i linked would be capable of at 2 ohms.

im not sure about the power rating, but i wouldnt do it for the simple fact that i had an audiobahn 2300hct amp, and a memphis st1000d.... the memphis was cleaner and louder at **** near all frequencies.

just from my experience tho, i try and spend the majority of my money on high quality amps, electrical system, sub enclosures, and components. B/c u can make a sh!tty sub sound pretty good if the rest of your install is up to par.

at that price you can find some nice amps on here. juse saw a guy selling a ppi sedona 500ix for $175. that would probably be as good as two of those audiobahns but much much cleaner sound. also crossfire make great amps for good prices. cant beat them for the money. guy on ebay sells the vr 401 bnib for $120 w free ship the sheet that came w mine says 521rms @2ohms 14.4v. he had the vr 602s for like $170 but i think they are gone. i got 2 401s and a 602 from him, sold one 401 and the other one and the 602 are still bnib. i had the one that i sold hooked up to two cvr 12s in vented box and it banged the pisss outa them. well good luck on your journey man.
