I found a great deal on this amp BNIB

(not getting it from crutchfield, just using it for the specs)

179 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms

I don't plan on running the RSD's at 179w so I will lower the gains to my liking I was just curious if this would be a good amp to run the RSD's to their full potential.

The RSD's would be perfectly happy on 100w, I run mine at 150, but I know they aren't seeing all of it. If you can get a good deal, pick that thing up! And you won't regret the RSD's, they're sweet for what you pay.

Should be good. just set the gains correctly and you'll be fine.
