Guys, if you are interested in pursuing a deal with someone that is either new to the forum, or has questionable, or little to no feedback, please, PM either me or another moderator and let us know of the situation.

Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not have the authority to issue IP bans- therefore, if a scammer has been banned, they can simply re-register with a new Email address and start over again.

What we can do, however, is run IP checks and match them with other members sharing that same IP, which will identify them as a possible past scammer on this site.

So please, if you are hesitant in dealing with someone on the forum, PM one of us and send us the thread, or their name and the details of the deal, and we will see if they have been her in the past, or scammed other forum members in the past.

Even if you want to PM us and ask our opinion on the validity of a potential deal on the forum, please, feel free to. Whether you think so or not, we are here to help members.

If anyone has any questions, or comments, please feel free to either post in this thread or PM myself or another member of the moderation staff.

i meant that i would keep my responses to the PM's i get from him in the thread because, i know what a pain it can be to try to keep track of a lot of pm's back and forth and trying to post info in a thread at the same time.

it is basically about "hemiscott" a guy i did a deal with on a BL. its been almost 2 weeks. no communication, no BL. 2 other members are having the same problems with him.

I have others i think are scamming possibly, but cant provide enough proof. I hope they are ligit.

Anybody looked up Shallowfu's IP yet? I'm quite curious how he's getting away with all that. And for some reason, nobody has any luck getting paypal to help either. Everybody's claim against him gets dropped - period.
