****, you're good at trying to put words in someone elses mouth. No, happiness doesnt boil down to material possessions. They help, but its not all it boils down to. As I said, the definition of happiness is different from person to person. What makes you happy might not be what makes someone else happy, that goes both ways. Im sure you understand that. I think we've all been through those situations. Ive had to turn my back and walk away disappointed from over a dozen people in my life, and im not talking about women (the # would be a lot higher ). I mean people that were close friends that were looked at almost like a brother. Many of which I havnt seen in years. Nor do I really care to. You can only learn from past experiences and add those experience to your judgment for future use. All you can do is move on. Im a lot more careful about things now, and dont really put up with much anymore. Especially with women. No, nothing can make that go away. If something like that happened to you, then I truly am sorry. However, something like that shouldnt be used as the defining moment of your life. Yes that would be horrible, but you cant let it hold you down forever & say you'd never be happy again. At that point, it would just be reduced to an excuse to not live life.
