EU 700's

Who here has used them? Do they do well in IB setup? I'm looking for a solid mid for the rear cab of my truck. I figure i'm using a 6 channel amp and these will do well with the 120 per i'd feed them. So opinions and or experienced peeps let me know if these are worth 120 bucks for a pair.

I have them as subs and they are badazz! I think you could have an extreamly strong mid stage with them too. You definatly will have no problem with them picking up where your subs leave off.

The terminals **** badly.

The screws are a pain to put in

They did really porly in a ported enclosure i made. Couldve been the enclosure ( stupid laberynth port)

so i have 1 negative, 1 positive from someone it seems hasn't used them. the terminal's aren't a big deal as i sorta like the push pin terminals. i'm mainly looking for a 2ohm or dual 4ohm mid that can wang and be done IB.

i have two for my mids in the front 200 watts a piece.. dual 2 ohm .. orion 4002 amp ..its a dedicated midbass in a 3 way system, dont get it twisted .. but they work great.. esspecially for showing off a lil extra something ..

if i got them they'd go in the factory rear cabin location. only reason i'm thinking against it is b/c i'm going with a single DD 10" in the back and i'm just not sure if they'd overpower the EU's.

is 100 or so a piece good enough? i know they're rated at 150 but i figure 100 should do fine. is anyone running these IB i haven't found an answer to that yet.

i had mine ran off a mtx 801d and they loved it so 100 should be fine

Its just that the holes are super small ( 16 ga) and they are mounted close to the side so if you arent careful its really easy to rip off the wire

Dude, were talkin about a small driver here...not a 15" sub. Of course you gotta be careful with it. Have some patience.

they are rather small and they are kind of a pain in the *** with the terminals being the way they are but like said above have patience with them and you should love them
