Best price doesnt always mean "Best Deal."

They are not authorized to re-sell Alpine brand. If you ever need warranty service, Alpine will not honor it.

You could always pay extra for their extended warranty service, although I am not sure how the Phillips warranty works.

crutchfield has them for $300 and this etronics place has them for $220.

Check on http://www.pricegrabber.com and other shopping sites just to see if you could find it cheaper.
