This amp was designed by Steve Mantz at Zed Audio, but was built over seas to cut cost. Amp is very well built and with run at 1ohm sterio/2ohm mono. Is power hungry though. Ran a SS SPL170 15 with it at 2ohm bridged. Was about all the SS wanted. $175 shipped=cheep clean power with control
