entertainment is Manhattan, New York?

so me and my friends are planning to book a suite for 3 days in downtown Manhattan at the end of January. We are going there for mostly for the bars, clubs and maybe some landmark attractions. I have never been to Manhattan and would like to know if anybody know any good bars or clubs to go to? how about strip clubs? any other fun things to do in manhattan?
