So i changed some of my equipment and picked up a really bad engine wine. Below are the details on what equipment I had and what i changed it too.
Equipment Had:
Clarion BT 685
JL 500.1v2 runs (2) JL 10W3v3's
Audison Lrx4.5 runs Hertz Tweeters and Hertz Mid's on dash
Audison Lrx2.4 runs JL ZR 5x7 componenets in doors
Audison Bit One
Changed To:
Clarion BT 685 NO Change
Audison Lrx4.5 runs Hertz Tweeters and Hertz Mid's on dash No Change
Audison Lrx4.1 A channel runs JL ZR 5x7 and B channel bridged runs Hertz Energy Subs
Audison Bit One
The Lrx4.1 was put into replace both the JL500.1 and the Lrx2.4. The Lrx4.1 B channels are bridged in mono and running my subs while the A channels are running my front components. I picked up a really bad engine wine after the switch that was apparent with no music playing. Giving the truck gas produced a rythm in the wine with the rpm's. After hours and hours of trying to isolate where this wine was coming from, I isolated it to the Audison Lrx4.5. I took the Lrx4.5 completely out and the problem seemed to go away.
Fast forward to the last couple days and i was still detecting a very minor engine wine still present altough no where near what it was before taking out the Lrx4.5. This wine is not present with music playing and really only shows itself in transition between songs or during songs with no lyrics or music. I also noticed that the wine is also only present when driving the system to its max output and during the same in between and lowels in the music.
Can someone please tell me what is going on and why i cannot seem to get rid of this wine. Altough it is tolerable, I am a perfectionist and want this gone.
Thanks for all who can help or suggestions.
