Eggshell vs. Pyramid vs. Wedge foam for panel deadening...which to use?

Does anyone have any recommendation which type of foam I should use for panels deadening? Bear in mind that I will be using the foam on the backside of the interior panels, which will cause the foam to compress a bit...but which one should I go with?

OK, I won't claim I'm an expert with deadening/dampening material, but I picked up some of Parts Express "Sonic Barrier" for my last 2 enclosures and it's amazing stuff. MUCH better than crate foam material for stopping sound. Linked Here.
