Thats what I have heard many times and I agree. I someimes wish that companies would stay independent its better for everyone

They can't stay independent when they have no money ...

People forget that these companies usually don't ask to be bought out....normally it's a last resort for them.

RF was dropping MBQ due to financial reasons.....but I thought MBQ was going to branch out on their own under the name Third Acoustics.....apparently that didn't pan out.

last I heard they were picked up for distribution by Illusion Audio in the US.....

Because these companies have to pay for advertising and development, not to mention other expenses.

Its not always the last option. It might be for a audio company but in business if you make money from the deal its a good deal and you don't think twice. Look at MBNA they were bout by Bank One and MBNA wasn't in a bad way at all
