It has to do with how the amps strap together. One has 2 sets of RCAs and the other has an RJ45 connection and one set of RCAs.

The ones that link with RCAs are a Korean board where the other was the 1st run ( I believe) and were Chinese boards and more expensive to produce so they switched.
