What would be good amplifier settings for these subs? Meaning LPF, SSF, because i know that the xmax of these sube are very limited and the suspension is weak however they have good power handling. I was just wondering where I should set the filters to get the most output and least xmax? Box size and tuning freq is a big factor also so off topic what size box and tuning freq should i use. I will be running 200 watts to the sub. Right now I have it in a 2.1 cube box tuned to 42hz. I know I need to drop the freq of the box to around 35hz but what would be a good box size and tuning with the power I have. And what should I set the SSF and LPF to keep the cone in control, and keep the suspension from bottoming out. Because when I had the LPF set to 80-100hz the sub bottomed like crazy. This is all running off of a converter, and a stock Pioneer Scion TC HU. Would replacing the HU make a big difference? And another thing is that the sub only hits the low to mid notes, I want it to hit all the notes the same. So if anyone has experience with these subs and knows how to set the filters let me know what to set the LPF and SSF to in which I will get the most output without anykind of bottoming. I need your opinions/exp. towards the size and freq of the also. Once again I want it to where I will get the most output, without the subs bottoming

so box size around 4-4.5 cubes and tuning in the mid to low 30's? Also do you pick up all the frequencies? I do not know if it is that I have it running off of a Scion TC stock Pioneer HU and converter but the subs only hit with authority in the 30-45hz range would replacing the HU help that, so I can fine tune?

I have 2 in a 7 cubic foot box tuned to 21-22 and they bottom out pretty hard at about 250 watts (total) on some songs lol. Haven't tried them in any other enclosure because that was going to be for HT but going to switch it up and put 4 of these into a tower tuned to 35 or so.
