Eclipse Ti 10s

i am looking at getting 2 eclipse ti 10's, are they worth it or is there somthing else that is better for the money, i dont want ne thing bigger than 10's

Brahma 10s they'll be cleaner and hit harder and definitely cheaper. the Ti series of subs are overrated.

my friend had those and they suxed. he blew them up the first week. they looked nice and sounded kinda clean. he had a 1200 watt kenwood to it and they just frydeded. he never had the amp turned up but half way.

I have only had good luck with Eclipse woofers thus far........ Aside from dropping a 88120ti on my foot-they have always been pretty reliable.

Other considerations would be the allready mentioned Adire Audio Brahma 10, Alumapro Alchemy 10, Crystal CMP-10, JL Audio 12W6, Oz Audio Matrix 250L.

Can you say ouch...They look like nice subs and cost alot of coin.I am not sure but someone said the alum eclipse's ping is that true.I know someone that had 2 of the 10" ti's and gave them back for the cheaper black 10" eclipse's and finds that the cheaper ones are as good or better cuz the price was better.

which subs you talking about? Brahma 10s or Eclipse Ti?

but N/M cuz i never heard the eclips Ti's, i ment to be talking about the eclipse alum.

the 2 alums did sound better SQ than my audiobahns, but my audiobahns hit harder. and i dident have the audiobahn alums, i had 2 of the AW1200X's with a "1000watt-max" (not rms). LEGACY POS at the time we compared ours. dont wory i dont have that set up right now. LOL

That is interesting as I've put 800 watts to them for almost 4 years now...

Well over the rated limit...

And if they were authorized, your friend had no problems replacing them.. that is one thing eclipse doesn't fool with.. They've always promptly replaced equipment that failed from the experiences I've had...

i would lean more towards the idmax (its a 12) or a brahma for the money you could get a pair for what one eclipse go for lol
