first off, let me say that after reading all these other posts on here, I think I am really out of my league.. but I can try to explain as best as I can. ok, so basically I have an eclipse cd3000 deck. I got it installed for me at a shop (bad i know) but anyways. I didn't want to get the official ipod adaptor for my deck because I have too much music to try and navigate it through my deck. so I got this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ECLIPSE-13-PIN-DIN-CABLE-TO-RCA-CORD-MP3-106-iPC-iPOD-4_W0QQitemZ290181777666QQihZ019QQcategoryZ3293QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem (its a cord that connects to the cd changer port of my deck.. turns into the red/white rca cables.. then from that it goes to a headphone jack for my ipod) ...in order to be able to control what I listen to on the ipod itself. the problem I have though is when it is connected I put it in AUX mode and I have to put the volume up really high before I can even hear anything, even then the quality is horrible and not loud at all(no bass either). I am thinking its because my speakers are powered only from the deck and only my subs are on my amp. Do you guys think there would be anyway in fixing/ making this work without reworking my whole set up? if you guys need anymore info just ask.. thanks in advance guys!
