ive always ran kenwood or JVC and was wondering what everyone thought about eclipse...

i was going to pick this one up next week and was wondering if anyone had any opinions on it

get it. all I run is eclipse decks and have never had one problem with them. the older models are some great sq units. along with the current 7000 and up series models.

Just bought an 8443 and I've never heard such a difference from one deck to another, the SQ on this thing is ridiculous and it enhances every aspect of the system.

I put an 8443 in the wifes car, and she could care less about the audio, but she doesn't want anything else now.

I on the other hand, run the CD8455 and love it.

Eclipse is my NO.2 HU company. Clarion would be my all time fav.

I love my CD7000. The GPS feature addons with area shot are pretty cool. My CD7000 replaced a Pioneer DEH5800MP and what a world of difference in SQ speaker wise. I cant really tell a difference in SQ from going from 2v to 5v pre outs.

I installed a 3414G in a friend from works car. Sounded amazing over the stock tape deck.
