Eclipse deck just died. Which one of these should I get next?

After 5 years, my Eclipse CD5000 won't play CD's anymore. Keeps showing the "Info 3" error message. I'm on a budget and I don't feel like paying more than $200 on a headunit.

I'm deciding between these 2.

if its between those two, id pick the kenwood.

2012 jvc line are pretty nice IMO. ever look into them yet?

The S/N ratio on that alpine is terrible...I would go with the kenwood as well

I haven't had very good luck with kenwoods, so I try to avoid them.

well, i was trying to find one that also has a usb port. i figured i could use my flashdrive as an ipod type thing so i don't always have to burn cd's. since i dont have an ipod.

I would jump on UnderFire's deal link and save $20 bucks before having to go with the one I found. But that is def the best model to get under $200.

ok thanks. i checked it on woofersetc.com and it says "rear panel usb inputs"

I'm guessing it's behind the face?

Just checked Google Images, and it shows it's behind the back of the unit itself. ?? That doesn't make any sense.

That's like I have to take out the whole unit from the dash if I want to add more songs to the USB drive. lol
