might want to do some research on the commander. I have been told by some on here and from my local eclipse dealer that they never did make the software to get it to play mp3s.

It says in the owners manual that the Commander unit will allow MP3 playback. I've never owned one so I have no way of knowing. Here's some info from Cartoys' website...
