Eclipse cd7200mkii w/ipc 106 locks up my ipod

I really like to control my ipod over the ipod instead of doing it over the Headunit.

Is there anyway to do it?

My head is cd7200mkii with ipc 106 ipod controller.

run it threw the aux input and run it to a 3.5 input.

i used to have the aux, and ipod control on my alpine, depending on my mood..i could go either or.

Try that?

I like it a lot.

I can feel that this deck has a lot of potential to output very nice SQ

but it is too hard/sensitive to set PEQ and Crossover. (I'm kinda noob to this high end deck..)

BTW I guess I have no other way to being able to control ipod on both deck and ipod unless I become able to modify the ipod's file system.
