Eclipse CD7000 Faceplate Replacement Help

I lost the faceplate to my HU and I need clarification on getting a replacement.

I always had the impression that each faceplate was unique (like a key) for each headunit, so is it possible for me to just buy someone's used faceplate? I e-mailed eclipse, but they haven't responded (I don't think they ever will).

I should also add that I believe this head unit is discontinued.

Can I still save my headunit or am I forced to hunt the market again??

Check Ebay and yes you can use ANY faceplate from the same model of that unit.
