Eclipse CD5000 iPod Ready CD/MP3/WMA Player with Remote

Anyone have any experience with these? Im looking for an high end SQ unit, currently using a alpine CDA-105. I can get one at a decent price, would this be a good pick or is this still a mid level unit?

It has rear aux plugs and an aux button on the front, can i just get a ycable that turns to 3.5mm jack and use ipod with this eclipse unit???? *REally need to know answer to this in next 2 hours

From what ive read its actaully not a 8V unit, manual says 5. But thats still pretty good right? Not trying to enter a comp just have good SQ in the truck

9887 I'm just not diggin the 4000 its just feels a lil cheap however I only paid 40 for it so I can't complain 2 much lol.

I just went from an Alpine 9855 to a 7100 and seem to like the 7100 more... May sell one of my 9855's

i think ima go with a KDC-x396, it has both ipod options for threw deck for device. Plus pandora and it changes colors, heard good sq. only thing is only a 3band eq
