i dunno man. its kinda hard to compare with an HU that hasn't come out yet. also you comparing totally different HUs throwing the 960 in there. but if it must there is no contest, the 960 would be better because of its tuning capabilities.

I'd take the 960...but just be aware of the reliability issues of that unit..

i have the 960. it is a bad@$$ HU. Has tons of features. the only thing is the motorized face. it hasent given me any problems yet, but i've read that some people have had issues with that, but a simple trip to a repiar shop can fix that. in my opinion, one of the best looking AND SOUNDING HUs' out there.

I'd take the 960...but just be aware of the reliability issues of that unit..

x2 about reliablity, and I don't like the way it looks personally. Seems like you are comparing decks from three different price points and feature levels...

Typically Id say the Eclipse. CD3000 just due to it being a somewhat newer version of the 5425/5435.

Although this is an apples to oranges comparison. The 960 is by far the better choice for flexibility.

BTW.. The pioneer has higher voltage, but accompanied by higher resitance. A lil fact that alot of people seem to miss when comparing preouts.
