Eclipse AVN726E High pitched buzzing noise??

Hey all. I got this eclipse avn726e GPS/DVD deck from a friend of mine, I wired it up to the harness (and triple checked my wiring) the deck starts up fine. but out of the speakers all I can hear is this feedbackish loud high pitched noise that does not go away. the frequency of the pitch seems to change if i put the deck in USB mode or radio mode but the noise never stops unless I turn the car off. Adjusting the volume does not make it get louder or any more quiet. Mute does not make it go away either.

I am installing in an 03 tiburon

any help would be appreciated
